|Recommended: Yes. — We give you 4 stars because sometimes theres a really bad smell of dog pee outside our building, and because of the second pool most of the time was dirty. Overall everything is good.

|Recommended: YesThe Apartment Complex Is Clean And The People Here Are Friendly. — I would love to have a carport available. The parking is not convenient because it is too far from my apartment. Getting groceries from the car to the apartment is a hassle.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful Living — The Cimarrom Place is a great and peaceful place to live the people aren’t too noisy and the facilities are pretty clean. They provide dog doo bags for people with pets. The office workers are awesome and very kind. I would recommend living here The parking can get a little crazy but that is the only issue I have

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — We just moved in the office staff is simply the best They made our move in as go seamlessly as possible From the the tour, application to our actual move in everything went without a hitch Our apartment is perfect, clean and ready for us on move in day There is plenty of parking so far the maintenance staff seems great We definitely recommend moving to Cimarron Place if you’re looking for a place
