|Recommended: NoDo Not Recommend — I do not recommend living here. Management has been rude, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful when it comes to serious maintenance issues. The entire complex has been without hot water for almost two months, and there has been no real urgency to fix the problem.
Calling the office daily does nothing. You get vague answers, no clear timeline, and no accountability. Going without hot water for this long is unacceptable, especially when we are paying full rent every month.
Tenants deserve basic living conditions and respectful communication. Unfortunately, this property has failed on both.
Valeria, the extended issues with hot water are understandably frustrating, and this is not the experience the community aims to provide for residents. Concerns like this are reviewed as they are reported, and resolution depends on having the specific apartment details so the situation can be properly assessed and addressed. She answered all my questions and I had a lot 😅 , kept me updated, and made sure everything was ready for move-in day.
My townhouse was clean, move-in ready, and exactly what I needed. Big shoutout to the leasing office for making the whole experience stress-free. Really feels like they care about getting you settled in. Excited to be here

|Recommended: YesVery Nice — I love it so far you can’t really hear your neighbors and I live downstairs and we barely hear the foots steps. The office staff is really nice and helpful. I called almost every apartment complex when looking and my experience with Cimarron was the best by far.
