|Recommended: YesTonya and office staff including maintenance have been amazing the past 2 years I’ve been living here , they’ve taken care of me since day one . And I will continue to rent here I definitely recommend. Thank you Tonya for all you’ve done for me you truly are an amazing person . We need more people like you always .
|Recommended: YesApt Review — We’ve only been here a few weeks but so far we’ve had a wonderful time, we keep the noise down and the neighbors do as well and everyone we’ve met so far has been friendly and polite. Very thankful to the office staff as well for making the move as easy as possible for us

|Recommended: NoHorrible management- was supposed to move in Aug 5. Didn't have the unit ready tho a day prior it was communicated I would pick up key at 10 am, and upon arrival 5pm when unit was finally ready , found live and active roaches under the sink refrigerator, kitchen area. Mari, the assistant confirmed. Tonya, the manager, is the worst, agreed to return the deposit due to not having additional availability and now she is refusing. She was exceptionally rude Don't rent here
|Recommended: NoHorrible — The property is not maintained, trash everywhere, the neighbors are disrespectful and loud, been waiting on a new dish rack for dishwasher since I moved in almost 3 months ago asked maintenance man about it and said he forgot and have yet still to hear anything back, property manager is rude and seems to always have a crappy attitude. This complex was nice to live at a few years ago and is why I made the choice to come back but this time around not so great

|Recommended: NoDo Not Recommend — I do not recommend living here. Management has been rude, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful when it comes to serious maintenance issues. The entire complex has been without hot water for almost two months, and there has been no real urgency to fix the problem.
Calling the office daily does nothing. You get vague answers, no clear timeline, and no accountability. Going without hot water for this long is unacceptable, especially when we are paying full rent every month.
Tenants deserve basic living conditions and respectful communication. Unfortunately, this property has failed on both.
Valeria, the extended issues with hot water are understandably frustrating, and this is not the experience the community aims to provide for residents. Concerns like this are reviewed as they are reported, and resolution depends on having the specific apartment details so the situation can be properly assessed and addressed. She answered all my questions and I had a lot 😅 , kept me updated, and made sure everything was ready for move-in day.
My townhouse was clean, move-in ready, and exactly what I needed. Big shoutout to the leasing office for making the whole experience stress-free. Really feels like they care about getting you settled in. Excited to be here
